Overweight, Obese or Fit?  Your BMI Knows!
Stages of weight are defined by body mass index (BMI).  Your BMI is an index of your weight in relation to your height.  The higher your BMI score, the greater your risk of developing heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke and some cancers.

The following BMI scoring categories are based on guidelines established by the National Institute of Health:
                Under 18.5 indicates you are underweight*
                From 18.5 to 24.9 indicates you are at a healthy weight*
                From 25.0 to 29.9 indicates you are overweight*
                Over 30.0 indicates you are obese*
